Pricing Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

(Applicable to all Terms and Enrolments)

This document defines how Programme Fees are determined, structured, and applied across all enrolments at Praxis Dramatic Arts Academy.

It operates in conjunction with the Academy’s Terms & Conditions. In all cases, the Terms & Conditions prevail where any inconsistency arises.

1. HOW FEES WORK

Programme Fees are term-based and apply per Active Term.

Programme Fees are determined by the Academy in accordance with its enrolment structure and pricing framework in force at the time of Registration Form Submission.

All fees are fixed for the duration of the Active Term once applied.

The applicable fee is determined at the time of Registration Form Submission and becomes contractually binding upon acceptance by the Academy and issuance of the Enrolment Acceptance Notice.

Once determined:

the fee category is fixed for the entire Active Term
the fee becomes binding in accordance with the Terms & Conditions
no recalculation applies due to attendance, withdrawal, or schedule changes

2. ENROLMENT CLASSIFICATION

Enrolments may be classified by the Academy as either:

2.1 Standard Enrolment

A Standard Enrolment is an enrolment submitted before or during the initial enrolment period designated by the Academy for the applicable Active Term.

The standard Programme Fee applies to Standard Enrolments.

2.2 Late Enrolment

A Late Enrolment is any Registration Form submitted after commencement of the applicable Active Term.

Where a Registration Form is submitted after commencement of an Active Term, the Academy may, at its discretion, determine whether an adjusted Programme Fee will apply and, where applicable, the amount of such adjusted Programme Fee.

Late Enrolments are subject to availability, operational placement requirements, and any conditions determined by the Academy.

Any adjusted Programme Fee determined by the Academy shall be communicated in the Enrolment Acceptance Notice and shall constitute the applicable Programme Fee for that Active Term.

Pricing Information

Parents/Guardians considering a Late Enrolment are welcome to contact the Academy to obtain the applicable Programme Fee before submitting a Registration Form.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Academy may offer the following payment structures for eligible enrolments:

3.1 Full Payment Option

Full applicable Programme Fee payable upfront or prior to first class

3.2 Instalment Option

Where offered, instalments apply only to Standard Enrolment.

Instalment structure:

Instalment 1: Payable following issuance of the Enrolment Acceptance Notice and due prior to or on the learner's first scheduled class.
Instalment 2: Due 4 weeks after first scheduled class
Instalment 3: Due 8 weeks after first scheduled class

Restrictions:

Instalments do not reduce total fee liability
Instalments are not available for Late Enrolments
The Academy may withdraw instalment eligibility at its discretion

4. LATE ENROLMENT EFFECT

Where a Registration Form is submitted after commencement of an Active Term:

The enrolment will be classified as a Late Enrolment;
An adjusted Programme Fee may apply;
Payment is required in accordance with the payment structure communicated by the Academy;
Instalment arrangements are not available unless expressly approved by the Academy.

5. IMPORTANT FEE RULES

All fees:

are fixed once determined under this policy
are payable for the full Active Term
are not dependent on attendance or participation level
are not reduced due to withdrawal or suspension

6. CONFIRMATION SCHEDULE

Following Registration Form Submission, the Academy will issue an Enrolment Acceptance Notice confirming:

• Enrolment classification (Standard / Late)

• Applicable Programme Fee

• Payment structure (full or instalment if applicable)

• Payment timeline

• Term reference

The Enrolment Acceptance Notice constitutes the Academy’s formal acceptance of the Application for Enrolment and confirms the applicable fee structure and payment schedule for the Active Term.

7. ALIGNMENT WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Fee Structure Policy operates under the Academy’s Terms & Conditions.
